Lack of Updates

There's not much to update as it is the weekend, and for most people they will be enjoying their weekend.  As for me, I'm still here working.  Though it's a little slow today due to the current weather condition.

I'm looking for a theme for my Saturday such like my Thursday Thoughts segment.  Any thoughts?  Saturday should be about relaxing.  But considering my life condition right now, relaxing is the luxury.  But indeed I am still in a relaxed mode, not that I'm working too hard for my own good.  So what else is there to talk about....

Today, some surveyors came to survey (of course, duh!) the piping route for one of the projects.  And probably, this afternoon's agenda will be to identify the scopes that may or may not be taken onboard by my team by walking around the complex to mark up some drawings.  One of the surveyors who is the project manager/engineer was a little apprehensive that I am working for him while I am offshore, but I told him, I could manage that even being offshore, but he did not look convinced.  Oh well, whatever that tickles his fancy, take it up my boss then.  He is the responsible for coordinating his men, and hopefully I will not get called back onshore.  I love it here.  Really.  I really am considering working offshore from now on.  But I don't know about working in the vessels (or workboats)... I usually get sea sick.  But who knows, that'll be my next post.  It'll be good for me, I suppose.  But the work that I am doing now, being on site and on the field, I gain many precious experience from it.  In fact, just this morning, I went on site with one of the shift supervisor and we went up this ladder, going up was not a problem, but going down, oh this is not for the faint hearted.  Down there, is the gratings, and if you fall... you'd survive but OUCH! definitely...  It was an experience...  I did manage to go down it, safely of course.

So nothing much else to say...  Eat, work, eat, sleep, eat, work, eat... Yup, I'm gaining weight pretty quick at this rate...  So until then, you guys have a great great weekend.  Take care, play safe and Adios!

I don't know why. Here I am at 2.34am drinking left over "teh tarik" from today's open house at my parents. And decided all of a sudden that I wanna write something on my long abandoned blog. I have been clicking on the links that I have at the left side of my blog and it seems that most people have already abandoned their blog, by either cancelling them or not updating them.  I suppose it seems that writing a blog is no longer appealing and cool to some.  There are some that are still strong writing their rants. Happy Birthday to Me Warning: This will be a long read. There are a lot of things in my mind which I wanted to express. Today is my birthday, and now I am three decades old. Time has travelled so fast in front of my eyes. And today, I look back my life and reflect my past. And will also discuss my years to come, insyaallah. First and Foremost, on the eve of my birthday was the Sixty Second DJ competition which ran align with the best 914. Best 914 is a singing contest where the contestants are selected from a radio show which they called in and sang with a minus one song. And now, yesterday they sang really really well and they sounded like professional singers. It's amazing that they are just singers who just sang along in the radio, for some they have been into a few singing contest. Then it was our turn. Tolerances and Compromises

I'm half angry and half sulking with my OH . Sometimes my OH have this ability to make me feel needy and clingy. Sometimes I feel that I'm always the one giving and giving, thus making me feel just like that. It is as if, I'm holding all my cards out for everyone to see for the sake of love. And I'm only making a great fool of myself. Where does that fine line starts or stop? Where would you draw the line from doing something for someone your love and doing anything and everything for someone you love? As days go by, sometimes I feel I'm doing the latter. I'm only writing my frustration here, not to belittle my beloved OH , I just need to release this anger that I am having at the moment. So what was this all about?
